Our team is expanding, and we’re hiring an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team! This Legal Recruiter will play a key role in identifying talented candidates for our clients' positions, mainly recruiting attorneys and other legal professionals across various disciplines.

As a legal recruiter, you will actively source talent to fill roles, conduct searches on LinkedIn and other databases, conduct phone/video interviews, present top candidates to clients, strategize with clients and our internal team on methods to recruit top talent, negotiate the offer and employment terms, and act as a point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Day-to-Day

• Recruit active and passive candidates through social networking sites, internet searches & our internal databases for open legal roles
• Reach out to qualified candidates and conduct phone/video screens to build and establish a Identify existing opportunities and hidden opportunities for talent.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with an interview summary, resume, and other supporting documentation.
• Prep candidates for their interviews with the client.
• Gather feedback from candidates and clients after the interview.
• Communicate and negotiate employment terms.
• Stay informed of the legal industry and recruitment news and trends.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for executive-level roles. Experience with the legal industry preferred.
• Have a curious and perceptive mind that enjoys learning about the various facets of a position, the client's culture, and other benefits that will be extremely helpful in selling a role and identifying the traits of a successful candidate.
• Strong communication and writing skills and an enjoyment of writing
• A passion for recruitment of highly skilled candidates that often ask tough questions and may challenge your understanding of the role.
• A tenacious, resilient drive to dig into difficult-to-fill positions and entice talented candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider equivalent work experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other networking tools to actively source candidates preferred
• Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding metrics and goals
