Employee Benefits Attorney
Seeking an experienced Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation attorney to join our client, an international law firm. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded attorney that wishes to join a rapidly growing employee benefits and executive compensation practice. The position involves the design, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements and represent clients in regulatory and compliance issues related to qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fringe benefit plans, and executive compensation and incentive programs.
Our client offers an attractive platform that touts a long-standing reputation for high-quality legal work at competitive billing rates (and alternative billing rates are possible as well). The firm has won diversity awards and continues to keep that at the forefront of its commitment to clients, which of course is attractive to many corporations that have large and complex employee benefit plans.
The reason for the need is the firm has an abundance of employee benefits work. They need to add an experienced Employee Benefits attorney that can handle some complex client work and also tap into potential opportunities. There are several cross-marketing opportunities since the firm has one of the finest labor and employment groups in the country as well as a successful Corporate M&A practice.
While a book of business is welcome, it is not required for consideration.
