Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney
Our client is seeking an Associate level Attorney that has significant commercial litigation experience. The position has a strong focus on drafting legal memoranda and motions and drafting and responding to written discovery. The ideal candidate also has experience with taking and defending depositions, as well as arguing before the court. An excellent academic record is required (Top 25% is essential) and law journal involvement is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience will be helpful.
This is a partnership track position with a national law firm.

Need to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona?
No problem! The firm will offer a reasonable relocation package to those located outside of Phoenix. While this position will likely be remote initially, the position will be located in the Phoenix office post-pandemic.
Academic record requirement:
While law school rank is not a focus, law school grades must be solid. We will not be able to consider candidates that graduated outside of the Top 25% of their class for this position.
